如何正确使用SNT TC-1A？

1、雇主需要基于SNT TC-1A（以及客户或标准规范补充要求）编制适合本单位的WP实施细则（该细则需要III级人员批准，并定期进行维护），并按照该细则指定实施的III级人员。

2、雇主颁发的SNT证书可以带有ASNT美国学会的LOGO吗？不可以，只有美国学会颁发的证书才可以称为ASNT证书，比如ASNT III级和ASNT 9712 III级：

3、培训单位可以根据SNT TC-1A颁发SNT TC-1A证书吗？不可以，SNT TC-1A是雇主负责制证书，必须由雇主按照其实施细则颁发相应的资格证书：

4、谁可以颁发SNT TC-1A证书？雇主实施细则指派的人员代表雇主颁发证书，所有发证的责任都是雇主自己。任何III级人员不可以颁发证书除非受雇主指派；发证必须根据雇主实施细则基于满意的认证，包括经验、视力、培训和考试。ASNT III级人员不可以独自对其他个人发证。

5、外部机构：经雇主批准任何个人或公司可向雇主提供外部机构III级服务，但发证责任仍旧在雇主方。

6、正确的SNT TC-1A证书应包括的内容：

1. The legal name of XXXX shall be clearly identified followed by the documents number and revision /edition number of the written practice.公司的法定名字清晰，后面是书面实施细则的文件号和修订号

2. The certificate shall indicate “SNT-TC-1A” followed by the four-digit year of the applicable edition of SNT-TC-1A that the written practice was developed to follow. 证书应标注SNT-TC-1A，后面是4位数字的书面实施细则制定时所依据的年份版次

3. Full legal name of the certified individual in the ISO basic Latin Alphabet. Additional characters may also be used where customary to accommodate local language. 受证人的法定名字，按照ISO基础拉丁字母标识，可以有附加的当地语言的名字

4. Level of certification, NDE method and/or technique, as applicable and limitations (if any).认证等级，适用的无损检测方法和/或技术，以及限制（如存在）
