1. 焊接电流 Welding Current (A)

选用依据:根据母材材质、板材厚度、焊丝直径及焊接位置进行合理选型。

Selection basis: Selected according to material type, plate thickness, wire diameter and welding position.


电流过大:熔敷速度加快、焊缝熔深增大。易造成工件烧穿、产生焊接裂纹、工件变形量大、残余应力集中,同时焊接飞溅增多。


Excessive current: Increases deposition rate and weld penetration. It may cause burn-through, welding cracks, large workpiece deformation, high residual stress and excessive spatter.


电流过小:焊接热输入不足,易产生未焊透、未熔合、夹渣等缺陷,焊缝成形粗糙、成型不良。


Insufficient current: Causes insufficient heat input, easily resulting in incomplete penetration, lack of fusion, slag inclusions and poor weld appearance.

2. 电弧电压 Arc Voltage (U)

工艺要求:电弧电压需与焊接电流精准匹配,是保证良好焊缝成形的关键。

Technical requirement: Arc voltage must be properly matched with welding current to ensure good weld formation.


电压过高:电弧稳定性变差,焊接飞溅大幅增加,易出现焊丝爆断现象,严重时无法正常焊接。


Excessive voltage: Reduces arc stability, increases spatter severely, causes wire burnout and even leads to welding failure.


电压过低:焊缝熔深较浅、熔宽狭窄,焊缝余高过大,整体焊缝成形差、外观凹凸不均。


Insufficient voltage: Results in shallow penetration, narrow weld width, excessive weld reinforcement and poor weld profile.

3. 焊接速度 Welding Speed (V)

焊接速度快慢对焊缝成形及焊接缺陷产生直接影响,决定焊缝单位长度热输入量。

Welding speed directly affects weld formation and defect generation, which determines the heat input per unit length of the weld.


速度过快:热输入不足、气体保护效果变差,易产生咬边、焊缝下陷、气孔、未熔合等焊接缺陷。


Excessively fast speed: Causes insufficient heat input and poor gas shielding effect, easily leading to undercut, weld sag, porosity and lack of fusion.


速度过慢:熔敷金属大量堆积,焊缝宽窄不均、成型紊乱,易出现局部未熔合、未焊透缺陷,焊缝整体质量差。


Excessively slow speed: Causes accumulation of deposited metal, uneven weld width, and easily produces local lack of fusion and incomplete penetration.



4. 焊丝伸出长度 Wire Extension Length (L)

标准参数:直径1.2mm焊丝,适宜伸出长度为8–15 mm。

Standard parameter: For 1.2mm diameter welding wire, the recommended extension length is 8–15 mm.


伸出长度过短:遮挡熔池观察视线,导电嘴易过热卡丝;焊丝预热作用弱,电弧功率大,熔深较大,焊接飞溅较少。


Too short extension: Blocks the view of the molten pool and causes overheating and wire jamming of the contact tip. The wire preheating effect is weak with high arc power, resulting in large penetration and less spatter.


伸出长度过长:焊丝预热作用强,电弧有效功率降低,焊缝熔深变小;同时焊接飞溅增大,气体保护效果变差,易产生焊接缺陷。


Too long extension: Enhances wire preheating and reduces effective arc power, leading to shallow penetration. It also increases spatter, weakens gas shielding and causes welding defects.



5. 焊枪倾斜角度 Welding Torch Inclination Angle

标准角度:焊枪基本垂直工件,与焊缝夹角保持65°–80°。

Standard angle: The welding torch is basically perpendicular to the workpiece, with an included angle of 65°–80° between the torch and the weld seam.


倾角过大:保护气流紊乱、气体保护效果大幅下降,空气侵入熔池,极易产生气孔缺陷。


Excessive inclination angle: Disturbs the shielding gas flow, weakens the protection effect, allows air to invade the molten pool, and easily causes weld porosity.
